Please send us copies of all medical documents by ordinary mail such as medical reports in English, X-rays etc. We will forward them to a specialist for review and will then inform you as soon as possible what can be done, how long the treatment will take, what the estimated costs are, etc.

 Storage of personal data

 According to the Personal Data Act, Stockholm Care (SC) is obliged to inform you that we may store personal data you submit to us. SC will store personal data (eg name, address, date of birth and diagnosis) in a database for future reference. The data will be available to staff of SC and contracted caregivers. The information may be used for (but not limited to) process development, obtaining of statistics, possible future reconnection and to secure traceability. If you have sent us personal data you may at any time send a written request to be informed about the content of your file. You may also request in writing, to have information corrected, partly removed or fully removed from the SC records.
